Not a substitute for in-person care. The Services are general health and fitness information and remote screening tools. They are not a substitute for an in-person physical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. No physiotherapist-patient relationship is created by purchasing or using the Services beyond the specific video assessment and written response provided.

Seek emergency care when needed. If you experience chest pain, sudden severe pain, loss of sensation, fainting, or any symptom that feels like a medical emergency, stop immediately and contact emergency services (000 in Australia, 911 in the United States, or your local equivalent) or see a doctor. Do not rely on this website or any exercise programme in an emergency.

Pre-existing conditions. You should consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting any exercise programme if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have a heart condition, or have any condition that exercise could worsen.

Assumption of risk. Exercise and movement carry an inherent risk of injury. By purchasing or using any Service, you acknowledge this risk and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from participating in any exercise, movement screen, or programme provided, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is not prohibited by law in your country or state.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freo Golf Physio and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection law.

International clients. The Services are delivered remotely and may be purchased from outside Australia, including the United States. They are general advice and exercise prescription based on the information you provide; they do not replace locally licensed in-person care, and you should confirm with a local healthcare provider before relying on this advice for diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition.

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any product or service from Freo Golf Physio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.

Services. We provide golf-specific physiotherapy assessments, exercise prescriptions, and digital exercise/education products, delivered online.

Payment & refunds. All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Digital products and completed assessments are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law or applicable local consumer law. Intended use. Ebooks, programmes, and assessment responses are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our Services. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control.

Eligibility. Our Services are intended for adults 18 years and older. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

We collect the information you provide when you subscribe, purchase, or complete an assessment (such as your name, email, and video/written responses), plus standard website analytics.

How we use it. To deliver the Services you purchase, send related communications, and improve our offering. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage. Assessment videos and responses are stored securely via our service providers (including Kit and VideoAsk) and are only accessed by Ryan and anyone assisting in your care.

Third parties. We use third-party providers (Kit for email/commerce, Stripe for payments, VideoAsk for video assessments) who process data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing freogolfphysio@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

International users. If you are located outside Australia, including in the United States or the EU, by using our Services you consent to your information being processed in Australia and by the third-party providers listed above.
